Rules, Regulations & SOP

SERVER RULES
Policy A: Respect
(1) Any and all members (Member, Staff, Administration, etc.) are required to show a level of respect towards other members of the community, at all times.
(2) Slandering or “Talking down” about ANY member is prohibited. (e.g Cursing towards another member, starting rumors about another member, making fun of one's sexual orientation, racial slurs, etc.)
(3) Arguing verbally and/or via text chat is prohibited. If an argument is started a member of the administration team is to be notified immediately. DO NOT TRY TO DEFUSE THE SITUATION YOURSELF; DO NOT GET INVOLVED.
(4) Respect towards Staff Member(s) actions/decisions regarding any given situation, is required at all times. If you feel you were treated unfairly DO NOT argue with the Administration Team. They have the last say. The administration team deals with many issues per day, if they get frustrated with you UNDERSTAND they may not mean it towards you.
(5) T-SES realizes that you might not always have time for Roleplay. Real life issues ALWAYS COME FIRST. You do not need to notify a Staff member if you cannot make it to a patrol. We understand completely.

Policy B: Activity and Participation
(1) All members must attend at least 2 Roleplays every week (Unless you fill out a Leave of Absence [LOA] form. https://goo.gl/forms/jfc9kdoGiwLTfoy22)
(2) All Staff and Administration must attend at least 1 Roleplay every week (Unless you fill out a Leave of Absence form.)
(3) If you are going to be late to a patrol, contact an Administration member and let them know how long, why, and when you will be able to return.

Policy C: Abuse of Chats/Offices
(1) Chats/Offices are not to be used to conduct private conversation between oneself or any group of individuals unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or higher.
(2) Chats/Officers are only to be used to conduct work in a proactive manner.
(3) Chats/Offices are not to be used to seclude others.
(4) Walking away / leaving without using AFK channels (ON THE DISCORD) is prohibited. GOING AFK IN LOUNGES, GENERAL LOBBY, ETC. IS PROHIBITED!
(5) Separating yourself / occupying a public Discord Channel (including but not limited to: Lounges, General Lobby,) by yourself is prohibited.
Failure to comply with the above policy can result in any of the following punishment based upon severity of situation and/or persistence of problem with member(s):
(1) All of the chats that you are in are a privilege and if need be you will be removed for a short time if you are breaking any rules.
(2) Do NOT disrespect other members inside of a chatroom on Facebook or you will be removed for a certain time.
(3) Any disowning or making fun of another is strictly prohibited.
(4) There will be no arguing in the Official T-SES Chats. If there needs to be an argument it will be in the TAC room and will be overviewed by an Administrator.
(5) Screenshots and/or pictures of conversations are PROHIBITED in T-SES Chats and you will be punished accordingly.
(6) Playing Facebook Messenger games in the Official T-SES Chats are allowed, as long as they are NOT used to spam the chat. If you see a game spamming chat trying and start a conversation.
(7) If you respond to an Official Roleplay plan with, “Going” you are expected to show up and actively patrol. If something comes up, change your answer on the Plan or contact an Administration member. If seen doing this, the following action will take place:

Policy D: Abuse of power
(1) Any tag that gives one special abilities not normally obtained; is not to be abused in any way shape or form.
(2) Changing the name of a chat is prohibited unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(3) Changing the description of a plan is prohibited unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(4) Editing your display name is prohibited, unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(5) If you are not Staff, DO NOT try to enforce rules. If a rule is broken, contact a member of staff. Staff may NOT Staff another Staff member, contact a member of administration.
Failure to comply with the above policy can result in any of the following punishment based upon severity of situation and/or persistence of problem with member(s):
Policy E: Distribution/Selling of Materials
(1) Distribution of ANY T-SES Community Documents or Files is prohibited, unless authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(2) Distribution and/or selling of pornographic material, or any material containing nudity (including partial) and/or sexual reference is prohibited.
(3) Distribution and/or selling any form of illegally obtained software and/or material is prohibited (e.g Pirated games, etc.)
(4) Distribution of images that contain any type of slandering material is prohibited. (e.g Embarrassing pictures of a Member, etc.)
(5) Selling of any items and/or materials (including software) over the T-SES Community Discord Server or Facebook Chat is prohibited.
Failure to comply with the above policy can result in any of the following punishment based upon severity of situation and/or persistence of problem with member(s):

(1) Do not ask for promotions
(2) Do not question decisions made by the Administration Team.
(3) Do not lie to Administration Team.
(4) Do not disrespect the Administration Team in any way.
(5) Head Administration is the highest level of staff, as such, their decisions are final.
Failure to comply with the above policy can result in any of the following punishment based upon severity of situation and/or persistence of problem with member(s):

Policy J: Communication with Former Members
(1) If a Member of T-SES has been kicked, banned, or removed from the Community, unless it is in real life* YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CONTACT WITH THEM.
(2) At the first sign of contact with someone removed from the clan, you will be gently notified. The next time it happens it is an IMMEDIATE removal from T-SES.

In-Game Rules

Policy 1: Chain of Command
(1) Whenever in a Roleplay, whether Official or Unofficial, you MUST follow your chain of command at ALL times. Chain of Command can be found on the website.
(2) Talking back to a higher authority is PROHIBITED if you have an issue in your chain of command contact an Administration Team Member.
(3) The Administration Team overrules ALL chain of command at ALL times.

Policy 2: Self Dispatching
(1) Self dispatching is the act of an active unit in game self attaching to calls without the approval of the Active Dispatcher or an Active Supervisor of the patrol. It causes confusion and also takes officers away from the streets where more crime could happen. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! The punishment for Self Dispatching is a 10-90, any more after that is an automatic 10-93. NO EXCEPTIONS! (besides supervisors.)

Policy 3: 10-90’s and 10-93’s
(1) 10-90’s are, “In-Game Warnings” that are issued by either Dispatchers or Supervisors when:
Policy 4: Radio Traffic
(1) Radio Traffic is the active radio communications between dispatch and units.
(2) When not using the Radio Traffic, units MUST MUTE THEIR MICROPHONES until calling in.
(3) Talking over others while they are issuing traffic is PROHIBITED unless it is a priority situation.
(4) When Radio Traffic Only (RTO) is in effect, ALL units must only use the current Radio Traffic chat for only radio communications. Any breaks in this will result in a 10-90.

Policy 5: Prep, Brief, and Debrief
(1) Prepping before a patrol is the key element of the entire patrol, during prep you are not to be messing around. Examples: (Killing Others, Hitting Others, Using Vehicles Maliciously etc.)
(2) During Prep you are to gather your armor, weapons, cars, and anything else you need for the patrol and go to the Police Station nearest to the Area of Patrol.
(3) ANYBODY SEEN BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE BANNED FROM THE CURRENT PATROL IMMEDIATELY NO EXCEPTIONS
